Mr. Wooldridge is a Las Vegas native who obtained his law degree at the University of Nevada- Las Vegas Law School, after first earning is Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish from the University of Nevada Reno.

Jherna A. Shahani has built her career on litigation in the high stakes world of state and federal courts. Following her initial interest in justice at a young age, Ms Shahani chose to pursue law as a career.
As preparation, she worked with Congressman Charles Rangel as an intern before working as a law clerk in New Orleans’ District Attorney’s office (Homicide Division).
Expanding her horizons, she moved into family law and worked in detailed real estate matters, wills and trusts. Following that successful path, she joined a multi-state defense firm and then was promoted into management ranks with one of the most successful law firms.
Her experience grew as she managed highly litigious actions and counterclaims in Florida where she pushed matters to resolution from inception through settlement — or litigation.
Ms Shahani received her B.A. in Psychology and spent summers studying in Costa Rica, Budapest, Hungary and Vienna, Austria before receiving her Juris Doctor from Loyola University College of Law.
