Nick Wooldridge Defends Vegas Pastor on Weapons, Drug Charges

In this case, attorney Nick Wooldridge has taken on the representation of David Tildon McGee, a well‑known pastor from North Carolina, who was arrested in a Las Vegas hotel room on weapons and drug‑related charges. McGee reportedly had an AR‑15 rifle in a guitar case, two handguns, body armour, and a safe containing fentanyl and other controlled substances. Wooldridge is working to defend McGee against serious allegations, including possession of weapons during a drug‑related offense, transporting fentanyl, and other felonies, while also navigating the added complication of counter‑terrorism scrutiny due to the firearms found overlooking the Strip.

As a result, McGee remains under criminal investigation, with hearings continuing and no final resolution yet in place.
