Sex assault in massage salon in Las VegasOn July 20, 2025, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s Sex Crimes unit received a call from a person who alleged they had been sexually assaulted by an individual posing as a professional massage therapist. Detectives quickly got to work and identified the suspect as Eduardo Gregorio Martinez-Millan.

What’s more, the illegal massage business was also being run out of the suspect’s private residence. Detectives determined that Martinez-Millan would advertise his fake services through business cards and word of mouth.

Once he enticed clients to his massage office, he’d reportedly sexually assault them under the guise of performing sacral realignments.

Thanks to the quick work of detectives, the suspect was arrested on the same day the authorities received the tip from the victim. MartinezMillan has been booked into the Clark County Detention Center, where he faces two counts of sexual assault, one count of open and gross lewdness, and one count of doing business without a license.

Right now, authorities believe that there could be additional victims who have not yet come forward about what happened to them. Other victims may not even realize they’ve been assaulted, thinking they received unusual services from the therapy office.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is asking anyone with information about the massage clinic, the suspect’s actions, or other potential victims to contact the department’s Sexual Assault & Abuse Section at (702) 828-2963.

Sexual Assault in Nevada

Under Nevada law, sexual assault happens when penetrative sex occurs without consent. The penalties for sexual assault are very steep, since sexual assault is considered a serious Class A felony. The maximum penalty for this type of crime is life in prison without the possibility of parole. When the victim doesn’t sustain significant bodily harm, the penalty for sexual assault could be life in prison with the possibility of parole after ten years.

In the circumstances described above, the victims could not have reasonably given informed consent, since they were under the impression that they were receiving legal, valid massage therapy services. Consent is a primary factor in sexual assault cases, and one of the most common types of defense strategies is to argue that the other party consented to sex.

A sexual assault conviction has lifelong repercussions, even if you are able to secure parole. Since the crime is a felony, a conviction will lead to the loss of your right to vote, hold public office, or possess a firearm. You’ll also need to register as a sex offender, listing your name, address, and criminal charges on a public registry.

To prevent all these penalties, your best option is to hire a criminal defense attorney as soon as possible. Our team here at LV Criminal Defense can help if you’re facing sexual assault or similar charges.
